Prestige real estate on a grand scale.
To support the commercialisation of a prime real estate asset, the Praemia group called on Stratus. The goal was to create on-site communication that was both monumental and refined on this iconic corner building on boulevard Saint-Germain. The main challenge? Deploy an XXL display surface without altering the historic cut-stone facade by a single millimetre.
Communication that enhances the architecture rather than hiding it. We chose a canvas of over 350 sq m with a minimalist, elegant design — perfectly in tune with the neighbourhood’s prestige.
The real feat of this XXL project lies in its innovative installation system, designed by our workshop to require absolutely no drilling on the historic facade. Our teams deployed a bespoke structure that wraps perfectly around the building’s corner, ensuring flawless canvas tension across more than 350 sq m.
