To celebrate the 2023 Rugby World Cup, Capgemini — a major partner of the event — wanted its Issy-les-Moulineaux headquarters to become a place of experience and collective pride.
Stratus designed and delivered a full project, blending trompe-l’oeil, storytelling and activation to immerse employees in the energy of the competition and strengthen their sense of belonging.

An immersive entrance — as if you were there
From the first steps into the building, visitors were immersed in the tournament's universe through a striking trompe-l’oeil creation: the exit of a locker room leading straight onto the pitch.
A stunning effect that invited everyone to feel like a player, ready to join the scrum.
A visual designed to spark emotion and adrenaline, while creating strong storytelling from the moment you arrive.
